Rapid ResQ is a technology-driven roadside assistance platform connecting stranded motorists with verified, skilled service vendors in real-time. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — because vehicle emergencies don't follow a schedule.

How We Work

Clients submit a service request through the app. Our smart system identifies and contacts the highest-rated available vendor in the client's local area. If the top-rated vendor is unavailable, the next highest-rated vendor is contacted automatically. After every 10 jobs, rankings are recalibrated based on ratings, ensuring quality is continuously rewarded.

Our Business Model

Rapid ResQ operates on a transparent 10% platform commission model. Vendors retain 90% of all service fees. All payments flow through our secure in-app wallet system, ensuring safety and accountability for both clients and vendors.

Rating & Priority System

Vendors are rated out of 5 stars by clients after every job. Clients can also be rated by vendors. Vendors with consistently higher ratings receive priority for new job inquiries in their area. This creates a self-regulating quality ecosystem that rewards professionalism and penalizes poor service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rapid ResQ platform (website, mobile application, or any associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Platform Role

Rapid ResQ acts as an intermediary technology platform connecting clients with independent service vendors. We do not directly provide roadside assistance and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors.

3. Commission & Payments

• Rapid ResQ charges a 10% platform fee on all completed transactions.
• Vendors receive 90% of the service fee upon job completion.
• All payments are processed through the Rapid ResQ in-app wallet system.
• Wallet funds are non-refundable except in cases of service failure duly verified by Rapid ResQ.
• Rapid ResQ is not responsible for disputes arising from cash transactions.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate information during registration.
• Vendors must maintain valid licenses and certifications for their trade.
• Vendors must set and honor their stated availability timings.
• Vendors must treat clients with professionalism and respect.
• Fraudulent activity or fake reviews may result in immediate account termination.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate location and vehicle information.
• Clients must be present at the stated location at the time of service.
• Abuse, threats, or harassment of vendors will result in account suspension.
• Fake reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

6. Rating & Priority System

Our rating system is designed to promote quality service. Ratings are collected after each completed job. Vendor priority for new inquiries is determined by cumulative ratings in their local service area. After every 10 completed jobs, rankings are recalibrated. Rapid ResQ reserves the right to investigate and remove fraudulent ratings.

7. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service request before a vendor is assigned at no charge. Cancellations after vendor assignment may attract a cancellation fee of up to ₹50. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.

8. Liability Limitation

Rapid ResQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for service delivery and platform improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Location data is used only during active service requests.

10. Amendments

Rapid ResQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
